On Monday, March 30th student meals will be available for pick-up at locations throughout the district. This will be the only food delivery next week and will occur 10:00a-11:30a, just look for the yellow bus!

Plan for Breakfast and Lunch Good afternoon, this is an update on the plans to continue providing meals to our students during the extended closure. Tomorrow will be the last day food will be available for pick up or delivery this week. However we will be providing students with 9 days worth of meals. CNE Foodservice will also be accepting phone calls for any students that need direct delivery at 513-623-8484 or 513-625-1544. We will communicate food delivery plans for the week of March 30th by 5pm on Sunday, March 29th. Food drop off locations will be from 9:30a-11:00a on Tuesday at: CNE Middle School (No Bus) Zebulon Park Wayne Township PD in Newtonsville (Cross, Main Street, Wright) Clermont Villa (Owensville) Stonelick Park-Right after Dam (727 and surrounding) Libbeys Landscaping (Weaver, Quitter, Pennington, Meek Road)Marathon United Methodist Church (286, Weaver, Moore-Marathon, Bucktown) Jackson Twp Building (Bucktown, Aber, Formin & Morre Marathon) IGA Parking Lot (All of Owensville)Stonelick Township Building (Owensville) The Old Tollgate (Wild Rose, Milford) New Beginnings Church (Wilshire, Sutton, Belfast, Goshen) Harvest Church on 132 (131,132, Cedarville, Stonelick Corner, Baas) Teen Challenge (Dry Run, Stonelick Williams Corner) Look for yellow school buses at each location Tomorrow we will include enough food for 9 days. This will include enough food to last from Tuesday 3/17 Through Spring Break 3/27. A reminder that effective at the conclusion of practices today CNE school sponsored athletics activities will be cancelled until at a minimum of April 6th. The CNEAA Youth Organization has also agreed to join in the closure.

Dear Parents and Guardians, The situation with the Coronavirus continues to evolve. As of today, Governor Dewine has ordered that schools CLOSE FOR 3 WEEKS STARTING MONDAY. This is an extended spring break. All athletics and extra-curricular are cancelled starting Monday. Due to the executive order from the Governor regarding mass gatherings, the musical this weekend will be cancelled. STUDENTS WILL BE OFF STARTING MONDAY MARCH 16th THROUGH APRIL 6TH. Tomorrow, will be the final day of school for at least the next 3 weeks. Any additional information will be communicated as soon as possible. Check the school app and www.cneschools.org

Mr. Brandt has been updated and continues to follow the guidelines from the Clermont County Health District re: the necessary precautions for the with the Coronavirus. We would like to be proactive in preventing the spread of the Coronavirus and the seasonal Flu. We will continue to monitor our student and staff populations closely. Clermont Northeastern's custodial staff is also performing cleaning of our classrooms and common areas on a daily basis. We have also purchased extra cleaning supplies and a new backpack Electrostatic Sprayer to help with disinfecting and to improve the efficiency of the disinfection process. We encourage all of our students, families, and staff to be proactive: Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay home if you or someone in your household falls ill. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth - this is how germs spread. Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue and throw it immediately in the trash Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects using spray or wipes. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol (Source: CDC). We will continue to follow all recommendations from The Clermont County General Health District, The Ohio Department of Health and The Centers for Disease Control in the coming weeks and months.
