The CNE Board of Education’s Organization Meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.

Changes for Saturday 12-20-25 CNE HS girls basketball games at CNE:
1) The JV girls game is cancelled. Lynchburg Clay does not have enough healthy/available girls to play the JV game.
2) The Varsity girls basketball game will now start at 11:00 a.m. Saturday 12-20-25

We wanted to inform all CNE families that Route 50 is shut down in both directions just east of downtown Owensville. Our buses will be rerouted around the shut down, and expect some delays with bussing today. Thank you for your patience.

All CNE HS and CNE MS athletic contests and practices are being conducted as originally scheduled today. (Monday 12-15-25)
Due to road conditions and freezing temperatures, Clermont Northeastern Schools will be closed tomorrow. (December 15th).
The boys basketball games at Batavia Saturday 12-13-25 are cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. Make-Up date TBD.
The CNE school district campus is closed to all athletic activities/games/practices from 2:00 p.m. Saturday to 5:00 a.m. Monday so that the maintenance crews can clear the parking lots and sidewalks of snow and ice for Monday morning school.

Rocket Nation: Please be advised that the girls basketball games at East Clinton Thursday 12-11-25 have been moved up 30 minutes. The 8th grade game will start at 5:00 p.m., followed by two quarters of girls JV basketball and then the varsity girls game. The bus will depart at 3:25 p.m. from the HS and at 3:30 p.m. from the MS. Go Rockets!

Rocket Nation: The 2025 Fall Sports Awards Ceremony will be held on Tuesday November 4th at 6:00 p.m. in the CNE HS Gym. All CNE High School fall athletes and their families are invited. The ceremony will begin in the main gym and then teams will break into their individual awards presentations. See you Tuesday 11-4-25 at 6:00 p.m. Go Rockets!

Details about arrival time and set up for senior night at the football game Friday:
Senior Student-Athletes from golf, cross country, football , cheer and band need to arrive at 5:45 p.m. and begin lining up on the track at the north end (flag pole end). Jessica Frey will be down there organizing everyone into the appropriate order by sport and by name.
Mark K. (Voice of the Rockets) will start announcing at 6:00 p.m. The order of sports is Football, cheer, band, golf and cross country.
We have 29 seniors total. The entire process will take approximately 40 minutes which takes us to 6:40 p.m. which is the time for pregame coin toss, fight song, anthem etc.
Let's get the stands packed early this week so everyone can honor our seniors.
Gates will be opened at 5;00 p.m. for seniors and their parents to set up their senior poster boards. Gates will be opened for all spectators at 5:30 this week. We will have tables out in the main gate area for seniors to place their senior boards on.

Congrats to our JROTC for their achievements at the Live Oaks Raiders competition this weekend! Girls took 1st Overall and Boys took 2nd. Plus plenty more hardware!
