Rocket Nation: Please be advised of our Kinley Sexton Stadium Policies. These policies are not new but there is a need for a friendly reminder. Adherence to and enforcement of these policies will allow all of our guests, spectators and game day crew to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

1) No ball policy...no balls or objects to be thrown can be brought into the stadium

2) All children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

3) No football games, games of tag or other sporting games can be played outside of the game being played on the field. This is for the safety of everyone. We cannot allow an injury to take place due to unsupervised play in any part of the stadium. Parents and Guardians please help monitor your child and assist our staff in keeping our stadium a safe place for everyone to enjoy the ball game.

4) The OHSAA and our stadium policy does not permit any noise making instruments or megaphones to be used by spectators. Our band and cheerleaders will provide great music and opportunity to cheer on the Rockets.

5) Spectators are asked to refrain from any harmful, threatening, profane or disparaging remarks towards anyone including fellow spectators, the coaches, student-athletes, referees, game day workers, administrators, and police.

6) Clean up any trash you create. Don't litter our beautiful stadium. Thank you

NOTE: Tonight is our homecoming game and we will also be recognizing the 1975 CCL Championship football team. The Homecoming Parade- starts at 5:45 p.m. in Owensville and concludes around 6:00 p.m.at the high school.

Thank you and Go Rockets!

Annual Armed School Staff Notice

In accordance with Ohio law and district policy, Clermont Northeastern Local Schools is providing this annual notification to inform families that one or more individuals have been authorized to carry a firearm within the school safety zones of our district during the 2025–2026 school year.

This decision was made with careful consideration to enhance the overall safety and security of our students, staff, and visitors. All individuals authorized under this provision have met the training, background check, and certification requirements established by the Ohio School Safety Center and the laws set forth in House Bill 99.

While we are required to inform you of this authorization, please note that specific details—including the identities and number of authorized individuals—are protected by law and are not subject to public disclosure.

Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting the safety and well-being of every student at Clermont Northeastern.

Student Data Privacy Notice

We want to share an important update about how Clermont Northeastern Schools is working to protect your child’s privacy when it comes to technology use and school-issued devices.

As part of a new Ohio law, Senate Bill 29 (SB 29), all public schools must strengthen their protections around student data and inform families about how technology is being used in the classroom. We fully support this effort and want to be transparent with you about what it means at CNE.

What SB 29 Means for Your Child:

  • Student information must be protected. Any technology company we work with must keep educational data secure and cannot use it for advertising or marketing.

  • Annual notifications. Each year, we will share a list of approved technology providers who have access to student data, what information they can see, and how you can review those agreements.

  • Limits on device monitoring. CNE cannot use school-issued devices to track location, record audio/video, or monitor student activity unless there is a clear educational or safety-related reason, and families will be notified if access is needed.

View Our Approved Technology Providers:

To see the current list of companies we partner with and the agreements in place to protect your child’s privacy, visit our public data privacy portal here:

This page is updated regularly and provides full transparency into how student information is handled in compliance with SB 29.
