The Rockets have been busy learning about the Zones of Regulation and practicing behavioral expectations so students can continue to be Responsible, Respectful, and Problem Solvers! These are three key characteristics CNE Elementary has been focusing on. By having core areas such as these, our teachers and staff are able to develop objectives and activities that focus students back and reinforce what it looks like to be Responsible, Respectful, and Problem Solvers.
To support our Rockets as they learn about the Zones of Regulation and behavioral expectations, staff named the first set of Rocketeers, or students that are following the “Rocket Way.” Students also participated in a fundraiser that had many prizes, including a Pie in the Face, and sending teachers (and the Principal!) to sleep up on the roof!
CNE Elementary is excited to launch into the second quarter and watch students outshine their first-quarter-selves!
