Mental Wellness Tip

As the temperatures start to rise, get outside! Many studies show spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health in ways of anxiety and depression. Go to the park, take a walk, or sit on your stoop – whatever will lift your spirits as the cold weather (hopefully!) begins to dissipate.
