The Clermont Northeastern Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking professional design services. The Owner is interested in developing plans, drawings, and specifications for Capital Improvement Projects (“Projects”).

Capital Improvement Projects- that could include additions, renovations, and/or new construction to school buildings, district office, athletic facilities, transportation center, and roadways. This will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades throughout the District.

Estimated Project budgets- $6,000,000- $15,000,000.

The Owner invites firms interested in providing the required services to submit their qualifications for consideration. Qualifications will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked to determine the project team best qualified to provide the needed services for the Owner. Interested parties must submit a Statement of Qualifications and all additional requested information to Kyle Uhrig, Owner Representative at kcu@mcsagents.com by 2:00pm on September 21, 2026.
