In light of severe weather forecasts for this evening—including a high probability of flash flooding and tornado risks—we are actively monitoring incoming conditions. Please know that your family’s safety is our top priority. We fully support and empower any family who chooses to stay home tonight based on your own comfort level and local travel conditions.

Decision Timeline & Official Updates

We are closely tracking the storm path and plan to make a final decision regarding tonight's Open House (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM) by 4:00 PM.

• If a decision is made to cancel the event, we will notify everyone immediately through our standard communication channels (email, text, and social media).

• If severe weather warnings develop after 4:00 PM, we will re-evaluate and update you as quickly as possible.

Backup Plan: Alternate Building Access Tomorrow

Whether tonight’s event is officially canceled or your family simply decides it is safest to stay home, our school buildings will be open tomorrow for self-guided walk-throughs, schedule pickups, and supply drop-offs.

• Alternative Hours: Tomorrow from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• What You Can Do: Walk the building hallways, drop off classroom supplies, and pick up student schedules.

• Staff Availability: Please note that teachers will be unavailable during these hours, as they will be participating in mandatory, full-day Professional Development to prepare for the upcoming school year.
