Dear Northeastern families,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction to you as the new Superintendent for the 2023-2024 school year. I am humbled, blessed, and honored to be chosen to serve you in this role.
I am a native of Columbus, Ohio and have been in the Cincinnati-area for over 18 years. In my 21 year career in education, I spent 12 years in the classroom and have been in administration for the past 9 years; most recently as the assistant superintendent for Washington Court House City Schools.
Upon researching the district, I came to the conclusion that my approach to- and philosophy of education is very much in alignment with many of the programs and practices already in place at CNE, and I am committed to building upon this foundation in growing our students to reach their fullest potential. Please know that I will work tirelessly to foster a culture of positivity, connection, collaboration, accountability, and transparency in order to ensure our continued success as a school community.
I wanted to keep this short, but know that I am excited to meet you all, learn about you, and share more about myself with you. I look forward to our journey together in our relentless pursuit of excellence; being intentional, purposeful, and skillful in order to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.
