Return to School Survey and Final Forms Update
T.J. Dorsey
Monday, July 13, 2020

Hello families,

We hope you are doing well this summer. We sent out another return to school survey at the end of last week. We wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the over 600 responses we have already received. If you have not had a chance to complete the survey for each child in your home please take a moment to do so now. Help us gather more information regarding transportation, immunizations, and our online learning option. We need to get an accurate number for our planning efforts. Please fill out one survey for each child in grades Pre-K through 12th grade. Our goal is to have an outline of our plans ready for the July Board meeting. We will then release more details in the days and weeks following.

Please use the link below.

Please take a moment to complete back to school paperwork regardless if you are choosing the online learning option or not. We would like to test our emergency contact list as part of our school safety work and want to make sure everyone has the correct contact information in the system. Please make sure you update ALL of your necessary contact people. We will work to send out a test of our emergency communication system during the first week of August. Please communicate with all of the people listed in your student's emergency contacts that they should be expecting a phone test during the first week of August.

Again, thank you to everyone for the support and time you have given this summer completing surveys. The information we have collected from the surveys has been used in our learning and growing as a district during the pandemic.
