Congratulations to Zan Weiss and Alex Busam who placed 8th at the FFA Power Diagnostics Competition! They each won a $1000 scholarship to University of Northwestern Ohio. The team was the youngest at the competition and we are incredibly proud of them! Excellent job gentleman!

Mrs. Price's February Literacy Tidbit

Mrs. Price's Valentine's Day Literacy Fact Did you know one of the oldest surviving examples, of a Valentine's Day card dates from 1797? This card was sent by Catherine Mossday to a Mr. Brown of London. It is decorated with flowers and images of Cupid, with a verse printed around the border according to historyextra.com. In the day of social media and digital communications, taking time to handwrite a card (or buy one) is a meaningful way to communicate with others. So take a few minutes today and write someone a note and have a wonderful Valentine's Day.
