Good Afternoon, on Friday afternoon, it was reported to a 6th-grade teacher that a student had made a threat to 2 of his classmates. The student was immediately brought to the CNE MS office, and law enforcement was called. After an investigation into the matter, it was determined that the threat was not credible. Parents of the student who made the threat were also contacted and informed of the severity of the comments and discipline that was to follow. We are aware of social media comments that have increased over the weekend. We want to assure you that your students are safe. We will be meeting with the Superintendent on Monday morning to debrief and address any other issues. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 513-625-1211. Thank you for your time and enjoy your Sunday.
