Will Mathews is the CNE Rotary Student of the Month for March. Will is an excellent leader, displaying modesty with a quiet resolve to get the job done. Will has served his school and community as the CNE Chapter FFA President for the past two years. Prior to that Will was the Chapter Reporter and has been active in 4-H for 8 years, serving as 4-H club president for 3 years. Will is currently employed and involved in multiple aspects of the Libbee Groups directional drilling and land clearing operations. Will is also currently co-owner/operator in a hay-baling business with plans to expand. After high school Will is planning to stay on with the Libbee group, expanding his knowledge with goals to ultimately own and operate his own excavating and trucking company. Will Mathews is an intelligent, hard working and as kind of a young man as you could meet, congratulations Will on being Rotary Student of the Month.

This past Friday, CNE HS kicked off the month by recognizing Teen Mental Health Awareness Day with some special activities! Senior, Meredith Stetson, took her passion for Mental Health Awareness & applied for and was awarded a grant from the Joe Burrow Foundation to help make this day happen. Students watched a short video in their WYCNE, received a mental health fact sheet, a card with mental health supports, a small goodie bag, and a pin to show their support! Throughout the day students were invited to come up to the front lobby and participate in the Take One/Leave One positive wall! A huge thank you to Meredith Stetson for making this day happen!
