As the new school year approaches, please take the time to update your students’ information in Final Forms. Even if nothing has changed from the previous year, you will still need to sign in (for each student), check each form and sign (type in) your name. Everything will be green once completed.
In the olden days (like the early 2000s), schools used paper emergency medical forms, but now all staff (office, nurse, teachers,coaches) relies on Final Forms for contact information in case of medical emergency or any other time someone may need to contact parents/guardians.
FYI-this is also the way students will find out who their homeroom teachers are for 2022-23 as class lists will NOT be posted on the school doors. Class lists are coming soon so be sure to update your child(ren)’s information on Final Forms soon!
