Third grade and Clermont Northeastern Elementary welcomed Mrs. Nicole Moore (nee Rasnick) to the team this year. She took the time to answer a few questions for us so the community could get to know her a little better.
What’s a typical Saturday night like for you?
On a typical Saturday night I am sitting on my couch or living room floor with my one year old son, Nolan. He loves to throw balls back and forth on the floor. I just relax and spend time with my family!
What are some pets you’ve had?
I have two dogs named Larkin and Rocco. A pet I have always wanted is a Chinchilla. They are so soft and cute. I got to take one home in highschool over a holiday break, and I loved it.
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation would be Germany. My grandmother came over from Germany as a little girl. I would love to do research and visit the area she was from.
How do you spend your summer breaks?
My family and I go to the zoo every other week in the summer. We love seeing all the animals.
If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead?
I would be a stay-at-home-mom. My son is young, and I am currently pregnant with a little girl.
What is your favorite dish from the cafeteria?
Sloppy Joes
What current trends are baffling to you? Why?
Pokemon Cards. I just don’t understand them. I have had some students try to explain to me how to play, but I did not get it.
How do you remember all of your students’ names?
We play name games at the beginning of the school year. I usually know all my students' names by the end of the 2nd day!
What are your must-have smartphone apps?
Spotify and Amazon Music - I love listening to music whenever possible!
