ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL SAFETY UPDATE
Please help us create a safe environment for student drop off and pick up by following our safety procedures.
Car Arrival
Car riders should arrive between 8:15 & 8:30.
Parents should form a line in the circle drive that is in front of the school.
The church parking lot should be used for overflow of the car line.
Students should not be released from a car in the church parking lot.
Parents should remain in vehicles while students are exiting cars.
Staff will be available to assist students.
Car Dismissal
Dismissal will begin at 3:15. If you arrive before 3:15, please park by the tennis courts at the high school.
Parents should form a line in front of the high school.
If you arrive late, please follow the last car in line.
Parents should stay in cars throughout dismissal. Do not walk up to get your child.
TRANSPORTATION CHANGES?
If you need to make a transportation change for your child or children, please contact the office by 1:00 pm. Staff will be notified of the changes at 1:00 pm each day. This allows teachers and staff to ensure your child or children get to the assigned bus or are going home with the appropriate person. After 1:00 pm, we cannot honor requests for bus or pick-up changes. To make a change to transportation, please call the ES Office.
