Parent Notification System
Have it your way! Now you can choose how to receive notifications from Clermont Northeastern: on your home phone, your cell, via text or email. It's your call!
Have weather alerts sent as text messages, calls from the Principal sent to one phone and not another! In order to receive information through the way you'd like it through the CNE School Messenger system, take a few minutes to create a contact preference profile using the secure online Contact Manager by following the instructions below. Be sure to have your child's student ID# handy.
Most students know their 4-5 digit Student ID#. They use their ID# as their AR password in the Elementary, as their computer login password in the Middle School. The student ID # is also used to buy food in the MS/HS cafeteria and is listed on report cards and interims. If you can’t find your child’s ID #, please email email@example.com. Do not start the process unless you have access to your email and a phone # currently on file for your child at your child's school.
Steps for setting up your CNE Parent Contact Manager account
Enter the following URL exactly as shown in your web browser or use this link.
You will be taken to the sign-up page where you will need to enter a valid email address, password, your name, and zip code.
Click Create Account when you are done. (Be sure to keep your password handy you'll need it in a moment.)
Check your email for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org which contains a confirmation code.
Click on the link in the email to go to a web page and enter BOTH your confirmation code and the password that you created above.
Hit "Click Here to Begin."
On the next page, choose the option: "I do not have an Activation Code and want to activate by phone."
Now you are ready to add students to your account. Input the student ID number for each child.
You will be taken to a page that gives you a numerical Phone Activation Code. Write it down.
The final phone activation step is a safety measure. In order to activate your Contact Manager account, you must call from a phone number currently on file for your child.
Call (877) 548-5811, follow the voice activated prompts and in- put the Phone Activation Code.
When you have finished adding children to your account and completed the phone activation, then you will be ready to edit your contact details.
Log into your account, and choose the "Contacts Tab." The next page will list your contacts.
Under the Actions column, click "Edit." If you would like to add phone numbers and/or email addresses, do so now.
Then simply check which types of messages you would like to receive or not, and at which phone number or email address.
Note that you can also select "SMS" (text message) options, (provider charges may apply).
Make sure that you click Save when you finish making changes!
Contact Manager also works like a mailbox, giving you a place to review messages you may have missed.
